Este proceso ha permitido el acceso de grupos sociales antes excluidos, cómo las mujeres. Con éste trabajo se busca mostrar que en Venezuela las mujeres se han incorporado a la educación superior y este hecho ha permitido modificar la estructura del mercado laboral venezolano. En Venezuela se ha gestado una revolución silenciosa dado el interés incesante de la mujer venezolana de ser parte activa de la fuerza laboral venezolana. La investigación se estructura de la siguiente manera: primero se muestra la evolución de la matrícula en la educación superior venezolana según el género (1970-2009); segundo se analiza la composición del mercado laboral venezolano según el género, durante los últimos 25 años y tercero se muestra la revolución silenciosa en el mercado laboral venezolano.</p><div><table cellspacing="0" cellpadding="0" width="633" height="681"><tbody><tr><td height="681" align="left" valign="top"><div><p><strong>Abstract:</strong> The institutions of higher education have been crowded in the last decades, going on from an elite model to a model of mass. This process has allowed the access of social groups earlier excluded, like the women. We seeks to corroborate that in Venezuela the women have joined to the higher education and this fact has allowed to modify the labor market structure Venezuelan. We look to show that in Venezuela there has been a quiet revolution given the unceasing interest of Venezuelan women to be active part of the Venezuelan workforce. The research is structured in the following manner: first shows the evolution of the enrolment in the Venezuelan higher education according to genre (1970-2009); second discusses the composition of the labor market according to the Venezuelan gender during the past 25 years and third section shows the quiet revolution in the labor market and Venezuelan finally.</p></div></td></tr></tbody></table></div> <br /><p> </p></div></td></tr></tbody></table></div> <br /> ER -
