Resumen
Abstract: The High Altitude Platform project, to be directly related to the atmosphere, showed the need for an analysis of weather variables that had a direct and representative on the PGA. The hypothesis was the development of statistical and dynamical models, which give satisfactory results for the problems that arose. With this objective, a research group formed for each field, responsible for giving the PGA a known environment variables. The result was two approximations of different models, the main variables of temperature, wind speed and direction, barometric pressure and accumulated rainfall in the airport area Chachoan- Ambato.
