Abstract: In this contribution a review of the role played by the magnetic field in the occurrence of solar events such as: solar flames, coronal mass emissions (CMs), sunspots, solar wind and the dynamo mechanism for creating a magnetic field self-sustaining in agreement with the observations. In this context, a series of open problems of solar physics that require further study to bring them a solution   and understand its physical nature, are presented.
