Resumen
Abstract: In this paper we present the design, implementation and testing of a prototype web reporting system for IP Telephony. The system generates reports from the CDRs (Call Detail Records) generated by the Cisco CallManager software, once processed the CDRs are stored in a database implemented in Oracle for later viewing through a web application developed in Oracle APEX (APplication EXpress). Testing and implementation of the system is performed using the Cisco IP Telephony infrastructure of the Superintendencia de Telecomunicaciones (SUPERTEL).
